The best bag I have seen for the S3 or S5 is the Lowepro Edit 110. If you have an external flash then get the Lowepro EX140. Here's a review of the bag with pictures.

I don't think so....the vendors I looked at...B%26amp;H and Amazon, both were selling the bag separately....I hardly ever used the bags that camera manufacturers sold for their gear as it was mostly entry level vynil or Naugahide....I always went to Ritz, or Wolf, or B%26amp;H or Spiratone and got a big bag that would carry several lenses, flashes, light meters, multiple bodies....and was padded....
the sellers sometimes sell with bag and sometimes without
