it is not the word D-bag that is under scrutiny in the article; as stated in the article, '; it would ban punishing students for the content of electronic correspondence transmitted outside of school facilities or with school equipment, provided such content is not a threat to students, personnel or the school.';





and no, it should have no effect on what students or employees can say when not at school or work function.
I'm still not sure where the ';right not to be insulted'; is at in the Bill of Rights.
Does it violate? no. Is it in good taste? No.
