Thats a Vera Bradley. I own like 5 different things from Vera Bradley myself. Its actually really popular and I use 1 of mine every day for my school bag. Of course there are a ton of different prints and styles and they are all available at http://www.verabradley.com

I don't know about that exact printed cosmetic case, but places like Target, Wal-Mart, etc. have lots of bags like that.
