I left my contact case at home...will a ziplock bag do?

I'm over at my grandparents house and I just woke up to find that I was still wearing my contacts. I've only done that a couple times before. But I left my contact case at home (along with most of my stuff).

I took the contacts out to heal my eyes and I put them in a ziplock bag and sealed it up good. Should that work for tonight? I'm going home on Sunday...I left my contact case at home...will a ziplock bag do?
theyll dry up, the only thing you really can do is use water, ive done it before, it hurts a bit, but its better than having the dry up,

can you get your grandparents to drive you to a store and get you some perhaps?I left my contact case at home...will a ziplock bag do?
Yes it will do. But you need to put them in Saline or multipurpose cleaning solution. Make sure the contact is totally covered with the liquid. I would usually prop the plastic baggy up so that the contact was covered in liquid. and to prevent the lenses from sticking together put 1 in one bag and the other in another baggy.
Best solution is to obviously go and buy the contact cleanser, but if you really can't, then at least put some water into the Ziploc bag so that the contacts do not dry out.

But make sure you get at least the cleanser on the next day.
no, i don't think so. I think they'll dry out or warp. Your best bet would be to go to a store and pick up a travel size bottle of solution that comes with a case.
