depends..was the car owned since brand new?..was it bought from a dealership?...was it in previous accidents?..if so have the air bags been replaced since then?...many more variables ....ask lawyerWho do i sue in the case that my air bag did not deploy in a car accident?
I would recommend consulting a lawyer. However, I would think you would sue the manufactured of the airbag/equipment/automobile. As I understand it, airbags do not always deploy...it depends on auto speed and impact zone. I hope you were not injured!
